About

Story

I’ve spent the last 35 years working at the intersection of computers, design, and marketing—starting in the early dot-com era, long before “digital transformation” was a phrase. I came up through graphic design and the full Adobe stack, then moved deeper into web development as the web became the core business platform. Along the way I’ve worked both agency-side and in-house, so I understand how to build sites that look great in a pitch deck and perform in the real world after launch.

That mix of backgrounds matters to clients because most websites fail in the gaps between disciplines: design that isn’t buildable, development that ignores marketing goals, or SEO that fights the CMS. I bridge those gaps. I build WordPress/Elementor sites, plugins, and marketing systems with the same mindset I’ve used across healthcare, food & beverage, education, media & entertainment, and hospitality: make it clear, make it fast, and make it drive the business forward.

What I believe

  • A website is part of your sales and marketing engine, not a standalone artifact.

  • Great design is clarity first, aesthetics second.

  • Performance and SEO are features, not finishing touches.

  • The best systems are the ones your team can actually maintain.

  • AI is valuable when it reduces friction or speeds up workflows—not when it’s bolted on for novelty.

Skills snapshot

I focus on the work that moves outcomes:

  • WordPress + Elementor development: custom builds, structured content systems, and maintainable templates.

  • Custom plugin development: when off-the-shelf tools don’t fit or create bloat.

  • Technical SEO + on-page strategy: architecture, CWV/speed, intent alignment, schema.

  • UX/UI for marketing sites: messaging flow, landing pages, conversion patterns.

  • Marketing enablement: analytics/events, CRO testing support, CRM automation (HubSpot-style).

  • Practical AI integrations: AI search/chat, content ops automation, personalization, backend workflows.

Light personal note (optional)

I’m based in Atlanta and have been building on the web long enough to watch it evolve through every major wave—Flash to mobile, table layouts to modern CSS, dial-up to Core Web Vitals, and now AI. The constant through all of it is the same: good digital work is about helping real people do real things faster, with less confusion.
